TRAVEL AGENCY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Prepared from the standpoint of an Israeli lawyer and specialized travel agent)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel services provided by [Z Traveller Experience Tours] (“the Agency,” “we,” “our”). By booking any travel service, the client (“the Traveler,” “the Customer,” “you”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Scope of Services
The Agency provides, but is not limited to, the following services:
  • Worldwide flight tickets
  • Hotels & accommodation packages
  • Tours to the Holy Land and worldwide destinations
  • Honeymoon & Anniversary packages
  • Transportation, tours, and excursions
  • Travel insurance (as an intermediary, not the insurer)
  • Visa assistance services (Application form)
  • Tailor-made trip planning
The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Traveler and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.

3. Legal Relationship & Liability
3.1. The Agency serves solely as an intermediary. All travel components are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability rules of the actual service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
3.2. The Agency is not liable for:
  • Flight delays, schedule changes, or cancellations by airlines
  • Changes in hotel availability, room types, or service conditions
  • Force majeure events (weather, war, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, natural disasters)
  • Passenger entry denial by border control or immigration
  • Loss of personal belongings, delays, or damages during travel
  • Any supplier failure beyond the Agency’s control
3.3. The Traveler is responsible for verifying:
  • All passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements
  • Travel documents, ticket details, names, dates, and accuracy of all information
  • Compliance with the laws of destination countries

4. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
4.1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
4.2. Visa issuance is the sole authority of the destination’s consulate.
4.3. The Agency is not responsible for visa refusals or delays.
4.4. The Traveler bears full responsibility for any entry denial, fines, or expenses resulting from non-compliance.

5. Prices & Payment
5.1. Prices quoted are based on current currency exchange rates, seasonal rates, and supplier availability.
5.2. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmed.
5.3. The Agency may charge:
  • Processing fees
  • Ticketing or amendment fees
  • Service fees for custom-made programs
5.4. Payment must be settled via the methods accepted by the Agency (credit card, bank transfer, cash per Israeli law).

6. Booking Confirmation
6.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after:
  • Deposit or full payment is received
  • Written confirmation is issued by the Agency
6.2. Verifying accuracy (names, dates, flight details, hotel type, etc.) is the client’s responsibility. Errors reported later may incur additional fees.

7. Amendments & Changes
7.1. Any change requested by the client (date, name, hotel, flight, itinerary) is subject to:
  • Availability
  • Supplier conditions
  • Amendment fees
7.2. Some services, including many low-cost airlines and promotional hotel rates, do not allow changes under any circumstances.

8. Traveler Responsibility
The Traveler must:
  • Hold valid travel documents, and entry visa / permit.
  • Arrive on minimum 3 hours before  time for flights, tours, and transfers
  • Carry travel insurance
  • Carry full travel medical insurance
  • Disclose any special needs (mobility, health conditions, diet)
  • Respect local laws and customs

9. Travel Insurance
9.1. The Agency strongly recommends purchasing Comprehensive Travel and medical Insurance, including:
  • Medical coverage
  • Trip cancellation
  • Baggage loss
  • Personal liability
9.2. Insurance claims are handled directly with the insurance provider, not the Agency.

10. Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be liable for non-performance or changes caused by events beyond its control, including war, civil unrest, strikes, weather, pandemics, or operational decisions by suppliers.

11. Complaints & Claims
11.1. Any complaint regarding services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the travel end date.
11.2. Claims will be assessed based on supplier terms and Israeli consumer protection laws.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jerusalem (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. General Principles
  • All cancellations must be requested in writing.
  • Refunds (if applicable) depend on the terms of the supplier (airline/hotel/tour operator/…etc).
  • The Agency service fee is non-refundable.

2. Flights (Air Tickets)
2.1. Airline cancellation policies apply in full.
2.2. Many airline tickets—especially low-cost—are non-refundable.
2.3. Refundable tickets may incur airline penalties + Agency handling fee.
2.4. No-show tickets: no refund is applicable.

3. Hotels & Packages
Unless stated otherwise on the invoice:
  • 30+ days before arrival: Refund minus 10% admin fee
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of total cost charged
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% charged
  • 0–6 days before arrival or no-show: 100% charged
High season, special events, promotions, and non-refundable rates follow stricter supplier rules.

4. Tours, Transfers & Excursions
  • Cancellations 48+ hours before service: 20% fee
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% fee
  • No-show: full charge applies
Private tours, guides, drivers, and Holy Land premium tours may have 100% cancellation from booking time.

5. Tailor-Made Itineraries
Customized programs with prepaid services (hotels, drivers, guides, ferries, domestic flights, etc.) follow the strictest supplier policy and may be non-refundable after booking.

6. Visa Services
Visa fees and Agency service fees are non-refundable once processing has started, regardless of the outcome.

7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14–30 business days and returned to the original payment method.
The Agency is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or suppliers.

8. Force Majeure
In cases of war, natural disasters, epidemics, or uncontrollable events, supplier policies will apply.
Some services may offer only date changes rather than refunds.
